On Sunday we had my friend Serene, her husband Kent and son Hunter over for lunch - what a blast for the kids. Serene and I used to work together at Magnum Hunter (oil & gas company) several (6 years) ago. We hardly ever get to see each other anymore but when we do the kids (especially Bailey) have a blast. Hunter followed Brooklyn (well Brooklyn did her fair share of following too) around all day - he didn't let her out of his sight for a minute and how cute he is with her. And I have to say I spent more time chatting with the guys because Serene was entertaining the teens (Kamdon, Bailey and Blane) with her dance moves - that is until she headed out to the trampoline where she and all the kids (even Brooklyn) had a great game of crack the egg going. They sure do love when they get to hang with her and I also love the catch up time - she is such a great person to be around.

I love being with friends that are easy to be with. the ones that it doesn't matter how long you are away from them it is still so comfortable.
I know Carrie's talking about me.. she loves me ~ haha :)
