TOGETHER CATHEY BRISCOE AND ST. JOSEPH CAN DO IT

(Man those braces are HIDEOUS - I can't wait to get them off- HOPEFULLY soon!)
Grandpa's house has been on the market for several months now with not so much as a nibble (he has always sold his previous homes quickly and over market value) so this time is a little frustrating. I decided to share our method - we had our house on the market for several months too and not much was happening so I got a St. Joseph statue and buried it upside down by the for sale sign - I had heard that in doing this he (St. Joseph) in his uncomfortable position would bring a qualified buyer and in exchange once the house was sold you are to remove him from the ground and display him in a place of honor in the new home. We buried our statue on Thursday and received an offer on Sunday - we were AMAZED. Is it just an old wise tale? It may be, I don't know but I am a true believer - I think it is all about the faith and we put a ton in to our St. Jospeh and in return he did his job. Supposedly realtors love these guys, so now we are trying it with Gramp's house - hopefully it works for him too. We may need a little help from Cathy Briscoe though. *Note - we buried him on Saturday, March 7th - the market isn't great for home selling right now but we will see.

here's our guy...me digging the hole and Gramps putting him in...Brooklyn waiting for the big sale
