David and Melissa were going to be at David's family's condo in Rockport, TX (30 min from Corpus Christi) and they invited us to come down and hangout with them. We were supposed to go last year but strong wills prevented us from going. What a wonderful weekend we had. We left on thurday night after the kids got out of school and drove straight through (8 hours) with a few minor stops - we couldn't wait to get down there. For the next three days we swam, fished, went to a baseball game, a fish fry, the beach and did ALOT of eating. we had soooo much fun. Brooklyn was in heaven she got three straight days of Noah. We always have fun with the Perez family on a day to day basis but it's now nice to know that we can travel with them too. Scott and I have decided that the beach house is our new favorite family vacation spot - we're coming every time guys get ready!
