Our cake classes have paid off - my first wedding cake was a success - there are a few flaws but over all it turned out good. And Carrie WOW! - she made the grooms cake with chocolate covered strawberries and all - I was truly impressed. So "Are we ready to go in to business?".

Seriously, THE CAKES TURNED OUT AWESOME!!! Rick said yours tasted really good too. (Sorry Carrie, nothing personal, he just doesn't like chocolate cake). :)
