I am FINALLY starting to have people (other than family) ask me to do cakes and I am making profit - YEAH! This was a baby shower cake that I did for the mother of one of Blane's friends. She sent me a message later asking for business cards - she had several requests at the shower. Scott and I are actually working on a website and business cards so hopefully soon we will have that up and running (like my cakes it has to pass my tough critic before I am willing to share) - HOPEFULLY soon - and then "a cake I will make".
