DINNER AT THE MELTING POT...BIRTHDAY PART 3!

As if the kids didn't already have a long enough day, tonight we left them all with Victoria and headed to the Melting Pot in Addison (Good Luck Victoria - hopefully they will all go down early - I am sure they will). I love having a reason to fondue it - this is one of my favorite restaraunts by far and on top of good food - it's FUN! We spent almost 3 hours cooking - the cheese is my favorite part first course - they waste no time filling you up. I always forget that more is coming and I over do it - I just can't help myself - it's soooo good (I think I could go for just the cheese). Next comes the salad - I always say I am going to skip this course but the cobb salad is so good - just can't help myself here either. Then came filet, lobster, shrimp and pork - heaven all on one plate. By time we got to the chocolate I just couldn't do it anymore - I had a couple of cherries and rice crispy treats and then I was done - no more was fitting in. It didn't help that I started with a Ying Yang almost like a milk shake with chocolate shavings all over the top and white and dark chocolate chip circles on top - yummm. Anyway, I have to stop my mouth is watering all over again - CHEERS to good friends and good food all at once. We will have to try this again soon - just in case anyone didn't have a good enough time, hint! hint! - to everyone that went.
Picture looks kind of funny - my braces make my teeth look weird -
A closer looks reveals chocolate shavings melted in my braces - NICE!
More chocolate shavings - SERIOUSLY!
Wow 38 - Do I look 38? At least Brad and David are older - heehee
