CAKE CLASS 102

Carrie and I enjoyed cake class 101 so much that we took the second course - this class started out with three of us and ended up with only Carrie and I which made it even that much more fun. We learned how to make a bunch of different flowers - I still need LOTS of practice on daffodils and roses and mums forget it I don't know if I will ever get them down, but I loved the pansies, violets and primroses - and the basket weave such a cool effect is really easy. So next week starts the third course and we are already signed up - I really dig this whole cake thing. I have one month until Matt and Amy's wedding where I am making the wedding cake - at least two tiered (maybe three if I am feeling adventurous) - we learn how to do that in this next course as well as dabbling in fondit which I can't wait to learn. Anyway, I hope I can pull it off and make a BEAUTIFUL cake for them.
